ABOUT ME
Hi Friends! I’m Abby Fox, a self taught home baker, and 5 Foxes Baking Company is my creation. I was baking countless sourdough breads and gifting them to all my friends, neighbors, kids teacher’s and even the orthodontist! I can’t tell you how many times I heard friends say they would be first in line to buy a bread if I started selling them. After a lot of thought, and a bunch of courage, I went for it and 5 Foxes Baking Company was born!

ARTISAN SOURDOUGH LOAF
My most popular bread! The Artisan Sourdough Loaf is made using organic bread flour, kosher salt, water and sourdough starter. That’s it! The Artisan Sourdough Loaf has a crunchy crust, that’s crispy but not hard, and a pillowy crumb perfect for any topping you can imagine. $11/loaf
SOURDOUGH COUNTRY LOAF
A customer favorite! The Country Loaf is made with the perfect ratio of organic bread flour and whole wheat flour to create a nuttiness that accentuates the sourdough flavor. Customers are very loyal to the Country Loaf. Try one for yourself today! $11/loaf
SHARP CHEDDAR AND ONION SOURDOUGH LOAF
These are addicting! Sharp cheddar and mild onion create a savory loaf that will have you hooked from the start. These loaves start with our Artisan Sourdough recipe and then I add a heaping cupful of sharp cheddar cubes and minced onion. You have to try one! $15/loaf

ARTISAN SOURDOUGH OR COUNTRY ROLLS
All the deliciousness of a big loaf baked into a smaller package! Customers love these rolls for breakfast, sandwiches, snacks and dinner. Rolls are sold in a batch of 8 rolls for $12. Choose Artisan Sourdough or Country rolls...both are baked fresh to order!
SOURDOUGH CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES WITH SEA SALT
Tried and tested, lots and lots of times, it is true...these are THE best cookies! Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies start with browned butter, are loaded with heaps of dark chocolate chunks, and finish with Maldon Sea Salt flakes. The outside is caramelized and slightly crisp and the inside is perfectly chewy. 6 for $18 or a dozen for $36. You can also order these cookies VEGAN…6 for $20 or 12 for $40.
CHOCOLATE CHIP SOURDOUGH
I start with my fluffy Artisan Sourdough dough, add tons of dark chocolate chips and bake the loaf until it’s perfectly crisp and caramelized on the outside. Chocolate Chip Sourdough has no added sugar (except for what is in the chips!) but the sourness of the bread and the sweet creaminess of the chocolate somehow meshes perfectly to create an amazing loaf! $15/loaf
SOURDOUGH BAGELS
There’s nothing like a fresh bagel! Each bagel is hand shaped and then rests in the fridge overnight for 12 hours. Then, they are boiled and baked, giving them their trademark fluffy interior and chewy outside. Choose from plain, everything, poppy seed, sesame seed, salt, cheese, cheesy everything, and jalapeño cheddar. All bagels (with the exception of cheese) are vegan and dairy free. 6 for $18 or 12 for $36
JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR SOURDOUGH
Spicy, creamy, savory, deliciousness! Sharp cheddar and just the right amount spicy jalapeño. We start with an artisan sourdough loaf and add lots of chopped and sliced jalapeños plus a heaping cup of sharp cheddar cheese cubes. Do you think you can handle the heat? $15/loaf
